1/3/12 Board of Commissioners Work Session Minutes
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners held a Work Session Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Administration Building.
Chairman Bailey called the meeting to order.
The Board discussed each item on the agenda and made no changes. One item was added to the agenda later in the meeting.
County Attorney Smith explained the second amendment to the Ambulance Service Agreement between Gordon County and Adventist Health System. Attorney Smith advised the Board that the only change to the agreement was extending the contract for sixty months beyond June 30, 2013, with the new term beginning on July 1, 2013 and expiring on June 30, 2018. There was a consensus of the Board to add this item to the Agenda for the Regular Meeting.
Commissioner Hood made a motion to adjourn the Work Session. Commissioner Steward seconded the motion and all voted aye.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:40 a.m.
