WORK SESSION MINUTES
JANUARY 8, 2019
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners held a Work Session Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 5:45 p.m. in the conference room of the Administration Building.

Chairman Hood called the meeting to order.
County Administrator Ledbetter spoke to the Board regarding the Agenda for the Regular Meeting and explained each item listed on the Agenda. There were no changes or additions made to the Agenda.
Administrator Ledbetter advised that he had received a letter of request from Mr. Terry Brumlow regarding rezoning application #Z18-22, asking that the Board of Commissioners take the application back up and made an affirmative determination as to whether the pending application would be approved or denied. Administrator Ledbetter suggested that the Board go into Executive Session for discussion and explanation of this legal matter.
Commissioner Owens made a motion to go into Executive Session for legal matters.
Commissioner Sexton seconded the motion and all voted aye. Executive Session began at 5:50 p.m.
Commissioner Owens made a motion to go back into the Work Session, Commissioner Sexton seconded the motion and all voted aye. Executive Session adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
Commissioner Cunningham made a motion to adjourn the Work Session and go into the Regular Meeting. Commissioner Steward seconded the motion and all voted aye.
There being no further business, the Work Session adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
