Gordon County Awarded $500,000 Grant

Gordon County was awarded a $500,000 Community Development Block Grant from the Georgia Dept. of Community Affairs to renovate the Voluntary Action Center (VAC) located at 343 S. Wall St. in Calhoun. This renovation project, to be completed by late 2013,  will allow the VAC to increase their services to low and moderate income citizens.
