Gordon County 911 Center Shift Supervisor, Angie Gillman, received the Leadership in Service Award at the annual Georgia Emergency Communication Conference held in Athens, Georgia last week. This state-wide award is given to an individual employed at a 911 Center in recognition of their outstanding service and dedication to their agency. Supervisor Gillman has been with the Gordon County 911 Center for over 13 years and supervises a shift of 5 communication officers, commands the tactical dispatch team, and manages the computer aided dispatch computer system for the 911 Center. Gordon County government congratulates Supervisor Gillman on her achievement.
