Call to Order
Meeting was called to order by Jerry Barton, Chairman, at 10:26 a.m.
Roll Call
Present: Jerry Barton, Chairman; Dana Burch, Chief Appraiser; Frank Sullivan, Assessor; Lamar Ray, Assessor and Kayla Wooten, Personal Property Appraiser/Secretary.
Executive Session
Policy
Jerry Barton recommended amending the agenda to add an item “IV. Policy.” Barton also stated new policy will state that “all days off will be approved by the Chief Appraiser prior to being posted on the office calendar.” Lamar Ray made a motion to accept the policy. Frank Sullivan seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Lamar Ray made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Frank Sullivan seconded the motion and the motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 10:29 a.m.
