PRESENT: Commissioners: M.L. “Bud” Owens, Chair, Kevin Cunningham, Vice-Chair, Chad Steward, Bruce Potts, Kurt Sutherland; County Administrator and Attorney Jim Ledbetter, County Clerk Hollis Barton, Executive Assistant Keith King; Angie Gillman, Lt. Rick O’Mahoney, Lt. Neshanta Printup, Jim Bradford, Tim Cochran, Doug Ralston, Courtney Taylor, Byron Sutton, Blake Silvers

- Mr. Ledbetter gave an overview of the agenda.

- Departmental Report by E-911: Interim E-911 Director Angie Gillman gave an overview of the duties and responsibilities of Lieutenants Rick O’Mahoney and Neshanta Printup and expressed her gratitude for these employees and all that they do to ensure the department runs smoothly. Stated the department recently passed their Georgia Criminal Information Center (GCIC) audit. For the dispatchers, high call volumes on Saturday with 295 calls for day shift. Stated this week is Telecommunicators Week and have participated in several activities and events to commemorate. For departmental needs, stated they are currently down two (2) personnel and would be fully staffed at twenty-three (23). Chair Owens expressed his appreciation for the department and all that they do.
- Departmental Report by Code Compliance
- Mr. Ledbetter presented Mr. Bradford with his Level III Compliance certificate. Mr. Bradford then gave a brief overview of the departments he currently works with and stated he had over twenty-four (24) cases going before Magistrate Court the following day. Stated he has worked jointly with the City in an attempt to alleviate the amount of tire cleanup. Stated other agencies such as the Sheriff’s Office and Public Works had assisted as well. Chair Owens thanked Mr. Bradford for the job that he does.

- Commissioner Potts made a motion to enter into Executive Session, seconded by Commissioner Steward. The motion carried 5-0. No action was taken.
