Call to Order: Chair Owens called the meeting to order.
Budget Discussion
Finance Director Andrea Bramlett gave an overview to the Commission regarding the 2023-2024 budget and the anticipated changes to the previous budget and the highlights.
Executive Session to discuss litigation, property acquisition, and personnel
Commissioner Potts made a motion to enter into Executive Session, seconded by Vice-Chair Cunningham. The motion carried 5-0. No action was taken.

Upon exiting the Executive Session, with no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was adjourned by common consent.
