Call to Order
Meeting was called to order by Jerry Barton, Chairman, at 4:47 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: Jerry Barton, Chairman; Dana Burch, Chief Appraiser; Frank Sullivan, Assessor; Lamar Ray, Assessor and Kayla Wooten, Personal Property Appraiser/Secretary.
Executive Session
a. Personnel – Personnel matter was handled with a letter. No motion needed.
Personal Property Obsolescence Policy
Dana Burch, Chief Appraiser asked the Board of Assessors to amend the agenda to add item “IV. Personal Property Obsolescence Policy.” Kayla Wooten, Personal Property Appraiser brought forth supporting documentation to present to the Board of Assessors an economic obsolescence factor of 7% for the 2015 digest year. Frank Sullivan made a motion to accept the Obsolescence Policy for 2015. Lamar Ray seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Lamar Ray made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Frank Sullivan seconded the motion and the motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 4:48 p.m.
