Chairman Hood called the meeting to order.

The Board discussed each item on the agenda for the Regular Meeting and made no changes or additions.

Chairman Hood and the Board members congratulated Finance Director, Al Leonard, for his accomplishment of being presented the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the twelfth consecutive year.
