WORK SESSION MINUTES
JUNE 4, 2019
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners held a Work Session Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Administration Building.

Chairman Hood called the meeting to order.
County Administrator went over the Regular Meeting Agenda items for the Board Members.
Mr. Thomas Caylor of 528 Beamer Bottom Road came before the Board to speak about getting some work done on his road. Mr. Caylor advised that he had been promised the County would fix his road for the last 10 years and he is still waiting on that to be done. Mr. Ledbetter advised Mr. Caylor that the County’s Public Works Department was in fact working on Beamer Bottom Road as of today. Mr. Steve Paris, Director of Public Works was in attendance and gave an update on the County’s current work and future plans of work for Beamer Bottom Road. He advised that his crew had been on the road as of today to do some patching and that the road is scheduled for more work this summer. Mr. Caylor asked for a specific date for future work and Mr. Paris advised that he could not give a specific date, but that the road is on the list for future work to be done.
Commissioner Steward made a motion to adjourn the Work Session. Commissioner Sexton seconded the motion and all voted aye.
There being no further business, the Work Session adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
