Gordon County’s Fort Wayne Civil War Historic Site is completed and a dedication ceremony is scheduled for Friday, June 21, 2013 at 3 p.m. Fort Wayne is located in Resaca on SR 136, 1 mile east of I-75 Exit 320 at the intersection of SR 136 and Taylor Ridge Road. The public is invited to attend this event. Self guided tours of the park’s 1 mile loop trail will be available. FMI, call 706-629-3795.
