Financial Update
- 2018 SPLOST: Paul Worley and I gave a report to the Chamber of Commerce SPLOST Committee today to provide information regarding past, present and proposed projects.
Significant Projects and Activity
- Courthouse Renovation: We received the detailed cost estimate report. I have not had a chance to review it.
- Comprehensive Plan: A steering committee meeting was held on Friday, July 14 at 10:00 in the Calhoun Utilities meeting room. The meeting was well attended. A SWOT analysis was conducted.
- Road Department: Water Tank Road – High water from intermittent and very heavy rain continues to be a problem for the road repair crew.
