SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
AUGUST 20, 2021
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners met in a Special Meeting on August 20, 2021.

Chairman Hood called the meeting to order.
Administrator Ledbetter read the Resolution to approve a temporary emergency moratorium on the acceptance of applications for zoning approvals, issuance of building permits, land disturbance permits, and any other approvals or permits regarding new commercial poultry operations or the expansion of existing commercial poultry operations. (copy attached)
Commissioner Owens made a motion to approve and adopt the Resolution. Commissioner Potts seconded the motion and Commissioners Owens, Potts, Cunningham, and Steward voted aye. Motion passed.
Commissioner Cunningham made a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Potts seconded the motion and Commissioners Cunningham, Potts, Steward, and Owens voted aye.
There being no further business, the Special Meeting adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
