Gordon County 911 Center named Georgia 911 Center of the Year and the Gordon County 911 Director, Debbie Vance, as Georgia 911 Director of the Year by the Georgia Association of Public Safety Communication Officers (APCO) and the Georgia Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA).
