WORK SESSION MINUTES
NOVEMBER 6, 2018
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners held a Work Session Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Administration Building.

Chairman Hood called the meeting to order.
Ms. Debbie Vance, Director of Gordon County E-911 came forward and thanked everyone who was involved and participated in the recent Chamber of Commerce fund raiser held at the Fairgrounds. Ms. Vance presented a certificate of appreciation to Commissioner Owens for his help with obtaining permission for the fund raiser to be held at the Fairgrounds during a three-night weekend prior to Halloween.
County Administrator Ledbetter spoke to the Board regarding the Agenda for the Regular Meeting and explained each item on the agenda. There were no changes or additions made to the Agenda.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Sexton made a motion to go into Executive Session for legal matters. Commissioner Cunningham seconded the motion and Commissioners Owens, Cunningham, and Sexton voted aye.
Executive Session began at 5:39 p.m.
Commissioner Owens made a motion to go back into the Work Session. Commissioner Sexton seconded the motion and Commissioners Owens, Sexton, and Cunningham voted aye.
Commissioner Cunningham made a motion to adjourn the Work Session. Commissioner Sexton seconded the motion and all voted aye.
There being no further business, the Work Session adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
