WORK SESSION MINUTES
DECEMBER 18, 2018
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners held a Work Session Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Administration Building.

Kevin Cunningham, Commissioner

Chairman Hood called the meeting to order.
County Administrator Ledbetter spoke to the Board regarding the Agenda for the Regular Meeting and explained the rezoning and each item on the agenda. Following discussion, Chairman Hood asked that the Board wait until the next meeting to consider the re-appointment to the Hospital Authority to make sure that there is some county representation on that authority. There were no other changes or additions made to the Agenda.
Ms. Louise McGowan with Dobbs & Company came before the Board to present the June 30, 2018 Audit for Gordon County.
Commissioner Cunningham made a motion to go into Executive Session for legal matters.
Commissioner Sexton seconded the motion and all voted aye. Executive Session began at 5:37 p.m.
Commissioner Owens made a motion to go back into the Work Session, Commissioner Cunningham seconded the motion and all voted aye.
Commissioner Sexton made a motion to adjourn the Work Session. Commissioner Cunningham seconded the motion and all voted aye.
There being no further business, the Work Session adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
