E-SPLOST & Elections Information

The Gordon County Board of Elections and Voter Registration Office has moved to a new location located at 408 Court Street, Calhoun, Georgia. The office is located across the street from the Post Office, next to the Bank. There is currently no sign but the office is located in the old Mattress Save store.

There will be an Educational SPLOST Election on March 16, 2021. The last day to have your name or address changed on your voter registration is February 16, 2021. You can register to vote in person at the Gordon County Board of Elections and Voter Registration Office located at 408 Court Street, or if you have a GA State Issued ID card or a GA Drivers License you can register to vote online at registertovote.sos.ga.gov.

Early Voting for the Special Election will begin on Monday, February 22, 2021 and will end on Friday, March 12, 2021. Office hours are from Monday – Friday from 8:30 am until 5 pm. To cast your ballot early you will go to the Gordon County Board of Elections and Voter Registration Office located at 408 Court Street, Calhoun (across the street from the Post Office)

If you would like to request an absentee ballot by mail please contact the Elections and Voter Registration Office. The last day to request to receive a ballot by mail is March 12th.
