5/18/10 Work Session Minutes
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners held a Work Session Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Administration Building Conference Room.
Chairman Long called the meeting to order and welcomed everyone.
The Board discussed each item on the Agenda and deleted one item from the Agenda.
Retiring Tax Assessor Wayne Walters introduced his replacement, Mr. Ashley O’Donald, to the Board of Commissioners.
Following discussion of the plans for improvements to the Courthouse exterior and rehabilitation to the plaza, there was a consensus of the Board to remove the item on the Agenda for Agreement with Lord, Aeck & Sargent, Inc. Architects for courthouse exterior improvements and plaza rehabilitation and to go with the Jaeger plans previously submitted.
Commissioner Gordon made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Hood seconded the motion and all voted aye. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
