Board of Equalization

The Board of Equalization (BOE) consists of three members and three alternates appointed by the Grand Jury for three year terms. The BOE hears taxpayer appeals from the assessments made by the Board of Tax Assessors. The BOE decisions may be appealed to Superior Court.
